Harry

Harry Edward Styles, known within the music world by the name of Harry Styles, is a British composer and performer acknowledged as being one of the band members in the band One Direction. Parents are Des Styles and Anne Cox. The couple were born on February 1st, 1994 in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School where he created his own musical band with three classmates, which he called the White Eskimo. In 2009 they participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their excellent presentations they took home the trophy. There was always an interest in music but would like to work as a lawyer or physical therapist. At one point, he worked at a small-scale bakery in his city with the aim of helping economically at home. For the year 2010 Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he did the track Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. His group was forced by this. After the audition in The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles be part of an upcoming group which would be dubbed One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in 2010. The group performed hits like My Life Would Suffer Without You, by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the contest. It made them one of the competitors to win the award. The group finished in third spot just behind Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle, who won. Harry Styles, his group and Cowell were not able to win the contest. However Cowell provided Harry Styles a 2 million pound contract to sign up with Syco.
