Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny, in 1950 on February 3rd is an American actress. In the 1980s, she gained a cult following for her appearances on various TV series. She was known for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild launched her acting career from 1973-1977 on CBS' Search for Tomorrow daytime soap as Jennifer Pace. In her first role as the actress playing Jenna Wade, she made her debut in the CBS soap opera daytime Dallas in the year 1978. Later she landed an important role in her role in the NBC series Flamingo Road (1980), which won her a Golden Globe Award as Best Actress for a Television Series - for that show. Fairchild also starred in ABC's short-lived show, a primetime action drama Paper Dolls. Then, from 1985-1986 she played the role of attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also an actor in theatre and has played in TV comedies such as Murphy Brown, for which she was awarded a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Star in Comedy Series.
