Her role as Maria del Carmen in the Abrazam muy Fuerte telenovela was acknowledged in the El Heraldo de Mexico Awards in 2001. In the following year, she played Perla as a character in the Mexican Telenovela directed by Emilio Larrosa. Aracely also sang the title song for the production.
